"One Seventeen A.M."

Elegance, femininity, mystery and sensuality were all captured at “One Seventeen AM”, on a warm early morning in the month of May, 2009. This was a spontaneous painting with no absolute direction or intention. I painted with hope, hope that moment-to-moment I would instinctively make creative decisions amounting to what might be later considered "good." This painting came alive early as the third color was applied. Gold. Gold transformed and stimulated what was not to what is. I'm moved by this image to create even more. I just love the vibe that exists here.
