This project started when I emailed my friend and British Bodypainting Artist, Carolyn Roper with an idea that I feared might cause her some distress. I asked her if she'd like to come visit me in New Orleans and if she would be interested in doing a collaborative Bodypainting project. The catch was, that we would paint one another, literally. She fortunately accepted my unique proposal and we made it happen in March of 2005. This was the first time that I had seen a collaborative Bodypainting project realized. I now intend to do such collaborations with different Bodypainting Artists regularly. Carolyn was a dear to work with and I truly appreciate her effort, acceptance and skilled participation.
